Ingredients
- 30g Cream cheese
- 20g Bacon
- 2 Poached eggs
- 120g Hollandaise sauce
- 2g Bukovo
Implementation
1) Cut the English muffins in half, spread with cream cheese
2) Sauté the bacon and place it on the base
3) Add the poached egg, hollandaise sauce and bukovo and cover

Ingredients
- 120g salmon fillet
- 40g Colorful peppers
- 20g Mixed salad
- 1 Lime
- 20g Mayonnaise
Implementation
1) Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and saute it on all sides in a non-stick pan. Οnce sauteed, cut it into small pieces and sprinkle with lime juice
2) In the same pan, saute the colorful peppers after cutting them into thin strips
3) Add mayonnaise to the bottom of the bread, add the mixed salad, salmon and peppers

Implementation
- Cut the brioche into slices and place them on a non-stick pan, remove from the pan and while the slices are still hot, sprinkle them with sugar
- Add the white chocolate cream and the red fruits to each slice

- 20g Fresh rocket

- 30g Smoked pepper cream
- 80g Italian salami
Implementation
- Cut the baguettes and heat them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (optional)
- Fill them by combining respectively basil pesto, mozzarella, tomato, fresh arugula on the baguette with sesame and smoked pepper cream, Italian salami, and fresh arugula on the pretzel baguette

Implementation
- Grill the beef sirloin and cut it into thin slices
- Spread the bottom of the Panini with Dijon mustard, add the fresh arugula and sirloin, then add the cherry tomatoes, parmesan and the balsamic pearls

- Cut the top part of the bun horizontally
- Place the coleslaw and the sausage
- Garnish with the onion flakes

Shape the minced meat into 150g burgers and bake them in a non-stick pan, then place the cheese on top of each burger, sauté the bacon and place it on top of the burgers, heat the brioche buns to release their aromas, spread truffle mayonnaise on the buns, place the burgers and finally the caramelized onions.
