Brioche Bun Burger

Ingredients

  • 300g Minced beef
  • 30 g Smoked bacon
  • 50 g Caramelized onions
  • 40g Smoked Metsovo cheese
  • 20g Truffle Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Implementation

1) Shape the minced meat into 150g burgers and bake them in a non-stick pan, then place the cheese on top of each burger

2) Sauté the bacon and place it on top of the burgers

3) Heat the brioche buns to release their aromas

4) Spread truffle mayonnaise on the buns, place the burgers and finally the caramelized onions.
