Brioche Black Edition

Ingredients

  • 120g salmon fillet
  • 40g Colorful peppers
  • 20g Mixed salad
  • 1 Lime
  • 20g Mayonnaise

Implementation

1) Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and saute it on all sides in a non-stick pan. Οnce sauteed, cut it into small pieces and sprinkle with lime juice

2) In the same pan, saute the colorful peppers after cutting them into thin strips

3) Add mayonnaise to the bottom of the bread, add the mixed salad, salmon and peppers
