Ingredients
- 100g Arugula pesto
- 150g Prosciutto
- 220g Mozzarella
- 30g Pea sprouts
Implementation
1) Heat the focaccia at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and cut it horizontally
2) Spread arugula pesto on the base
3) Add the mozzarella in slices
4) Add the prosciutto
5) Finally add the pea sprouts and cover with the top of the focaccia
6) Cut into square pieces
