Focaccia Mezza

Ingredients

  • 180g smoked pepper cream
  • 100g colorful cherry tomatoes
  • 50g basil pesto
  • 30g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 120g bocconcini

Implementation

1) Spread the smoked pepper cream all over the surface of the Focaccia

2) Add the cherry tomatoes and the sun-dried tomatoes

3) Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

4) Finally add the bocconcini and the basil pesto
