Ingredients
- 300g Pistachios
- 100g Olive oil
- 300g Sliced Mortadella
- 250g Mozzarella Burrata
Implementation
1) Add the pistachios and the olive oil to a mixer and mix until it becomes a cream
2) Cut the Focaccia horizontally and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
3) Spread the base of the Focaccia with the pistachio cream
4) Add the sliced mortadella
5) Melt the burrata and add it too
6) Cover with the top of the focaccia and cut into pieces
