Ingredients
- 110g Breaded chicken
- 1 Egg eye
- 20g Iceberg
- 20g Homemade ketchup
Implementation
1) Fry the chicken until golden in color
2) Cut the brioche in half and place it on a non-stick pan for 1 minute on each side
3) Fill with homemade ketchup, iceberg, the chicken and the egg eye
