Ingredients
- 200g steamed lobster
- 20g Carrot
- 20g Cabbage
- 20g Celery
- 150g Mayonnaise
Implementation
1) Cut the vegetables into very thin sticks and add them to a basin
2) Add the mayonnaise and mix well
3) Cut the lobster roll and place it on a non-stick pan for 1 minute on each side
4) Fill the roll with mayonnaise and vegetables and add the lobster into pieces on top
